As we are offering tourist taxi service, through this platform thus we will discuss about our safety measures in cab service part. First of all, we are not using too old or unfit tourist vehicles. Although new tourist vehicles are little bit costly but when it comes for safety concern, it is always better to use latest tourist vehicles for tours. All our cabs are fit for long tours. Second most important point is good driver. We believe that driver is the soul of tourist vehicle. He represents our company thus he should must posses expected qualities like good driving skills, long driving experience, good route knowledge, awared of sightseeing points, hotel locations, politeness, helpful nature etc. We are serving large number of foreigner tourists. It would be difficult for a foreigner to trust on any new travel company and make payment thus we try to ensure that we should be very transparent in our costing process, make clear all our terms & conditions so that they may take suitable decision. Against any payment, made from guest side, we issue payment acknowledgement receipt to ensure that their payment is in safe hand and everything is in record. In case of any query, from their side, we provide explainative answers to resolve all queries. Once service is confirmed, we provide cab & driver detais, one-day before arrival. Here reason is that vehicles are allocated duty, one day before service so as to avoid any chance of change in driver or cab. Changing cab or driver details are often seen as inconvenience & raises doubt in mind of guest, about service thus we take decision, one day before pick-up. During tour, our back office team remain available for guest communication and track the service development through active communication with driver. At the end of tour, we request our guest to given their service feedback so that we may also remain aware of their service experience. During long tours, involving multiple destinations & multiple days, we try to maintain one driver one cab policy so that guest will guest will get persistent service and enjoy the familiarity of their cab & driver. Changing cabs is often seen as negative aspect of service so we try to avoid this. We are committed to ensure best service to our guest.
